Team

MITS is a small team. We started building Shopify apps in 2022 and still do all of it ourselves: product decisions, code, the App Store listings, support and these guides. Nothing is outsourced, so a support email goes to someone who can change the app, and some settings in our apps exist because a merchant asked for them in a support email.

Being small is also why each app does one routine job, in the Shopify admin or on the storefront, instead of trying to run the whole store.
