FitCheck is a Shop Mini that runs inside the Shop app. It is a game: each day it gives you a theme and a budget, you build an outfit from products in the Shop catalog, and it scores the result.
What we collect
Nothing. FitCheck has no servers, no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, and no third-party services. We never see your data because none of it ever leaves your device. That includes the Shop activity described under “Choosing which themes you get”: it is read on your device, used on your device, and never sent anywhere.
We do not ask for and do not receive your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or payment details.
What is stored on your device
FitCheck saves a small amount of data through the Shop app’s on-device storage so you can close the Mini and come back to the same outfit:
- your best score, your best bank, the furthest step you reached and how many runs you have played;
- up to 10 finished runs — for every step of them the mood, the rule, the score, the amount spent, the budget, the currency, and the identifiers of the products you picked;
- the run you are playing right now, including the products in each slot;
- how many days in a row you have played, your best bank per mood, and how many times you have met each rule;
- the clothing and shoe size you optionally told FitCheck, used only to filter what the product picker shows you;
- the budget you set for today.
This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere.
Choosing which themes you get
By default FitCheck shows the same rotation of themes to everyone and reads nothing about you.
If you tap “Use my Shop activity” on the home screen, the Shop app asks you to grant the profile permission. Only after you grant it does FitCheck read two things through the Shop app: the product categories the Shop app associates with you, and the names of the shops you follow. It uses them in your device’s memory to decide which of its themes to show you. They are not stored, not written to your device, not combined with anything else, and not sent anywhere — FitCheck has no server to send them to.
You can refuse the permission and keep using FitCheck with the full rotation of themes, and you can withdraw it in the Shop app at any time.
Saving products to your Shop account
FitCheck can save a product you picked to your Shop account, and only when you tap “Save to Shop” on that product. The first time you tap it, the Shop app asks you to grant the product_list:write permission; FitCheck asks for nothing before that moment. If you refuse, everything else keeps working — only the save button goes away.
Saved products live in your Shop account, not in FitCheck, and you remove them the same way you remove anything else you saved in the Shop app. Saving a product changes nothing in the game: no points, no multiplier, no extra moods.
Product information
Product names, images, prices, shops, and ratings are provided by the Shop app itself. FitCheck only displays them; it does not alter prices or product details.
Deleting your data
Removing FitCheck from the Shop app, or clearing the Shop app’s data, deletes everything FitCheck has stored.
Children
FitCheck is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them — or from anyone else.
