What FitCheck is
FitCheck is a free game. Each day it presents a theme and a spending budget; you assemble an outfit from products available in the Shop catalog, and FitCheck gives it a score.
Cost
FitCheck is free. It charges nothing, contains no purchases of its own, no subscriptions, and no advertising.
Scoring
Scores are produced by fixed, published rules — how much of the budget you used without going over, how many slots you filled, how many different shops you drew from, and the ratings of the products you picked. The rules are shown before you start and do not change while you play. There is no randomness in scoring and no artificial intelligence involved.
A score describes the outfit you assembled. It is not a judgement of any product, price, shop, or merchant, and it is not shopping, styling, or financial advice.
Products and purchases
Products, prices, availability, images, and ratings come from the Shop app and the merchants selling them. FitCheck does not sell anything and is not a party to any purchase. If you add a product to your cart, that purchase happens in the Shop app and is governed by Shopify’s terms and the merchant’s own terms and policies. Prices shown in a budget are converted only to set the game’s spending target; product prices are displayed exactly as the Shop app reports them.
Acceptable use
Use FitCheck as intended. Do not attempt to interfere with it, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the Shop app’s terms.
No warranty
FitCheck is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Product data may be incomplete or out of date, and search results differ between users, so scores are not comparable between people.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of FitCheck.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published at this URL.
